TERMS & CONDITIONS

Last updated: October 11, 2026. Please read these terms carefully before using our website or services.

01

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing zanoit.com or engaging Zano IT Technologies ("Zano", "we", "us") for any product or service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or our services.

02

Our Services

Zano IT Technologies provides web development, custom software, mobile apps, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, IT support and AMC, digital marketing and related technology services from Thiruvarur, Tamil Nadu, India. The exact scope, deliverables and timelines of each engagement are defined in the written quotation, proposal or agreement we share with you.

03

Quotations, Payments & Taxes

Quotations are valid for the period stated on them. Work begins once the agreed advance or first milestone payment is received. Payment schedules, invoicing terms and applicable taxes (including GST) are set out in your quotation or invoice.

Delayed payments may pause work, support or hosting until dues are cleared. Advance and milestone payments for work already started are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing.

04

Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, content, access and approvals on time, and to make sure that you own or have the right to use all material (text, images, logos, data) you supply to us. Delays in feedback or content may move the delivery timeline.

05

Project Timelines & Delivery

Timelines are estimates based on the agreed scope and timely cooperation from the client. Work outside the agreed scope, or repeated changes after approval, may be treated as a change request and quoted separately.

06

Intellectual Property & License

Once full payment is received, you receive ownership of the final custom deliverables created specifically for you, unless the agreement says otherwise. Zano keeps ownership of its pre-existing tools, frameworks, libraries, templates and know-how, and grants you a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use them as part of your delivered solution.

Our standard products, including Zano POS and Zano POS Go, are licensed, not sold. A license gives you the right to use the software under its plan and may not be copied, resold, reverse-engineered or redistributed without written permission.

The Zano name, logo and website content are the property of Zano IT Technologies and may not be used without permission. Unless agreed otherwise, we may mention completed work in our portfolio.

07

Third-Party Services

Projects may rely on third-party services such as domain registrars, hosting, cloud platforms, payment gateways, messaging APIs and AI providers. These are governed by their own terms and pricing, and Zano is not responsible for outages, policy changes or charges from third parties.

08

Support & AMC

Support, maintenance and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) coverage, response times and exclusions are defined in the plan you purchase. Support does not cover issues caused by unauthorized changes, misuse, third-party software failures or events beyond our reasonable control.

09

Confidentiality & Data

We treat non-public business information you share with us as confidential and use it only to deliver the agreed services. You are responsible for backing up your own data and for keeping your credentials secure. See our Privacy Policy for how personal data is handled.

10

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Our services are delivered with reasonable care and skill, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or specific business results such as search rankings, traffic or sales. To the extent permitted by law, Zano is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to it.

11

Termination

Either party may end an engagement by written notice as set out in the agreement. On termination, you pay for work completed and costs incurred up to that date. We may suspend or end access to our services if these terms are breached or payments remain overdue.

12

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will first be discussed in good faith, and if unresolved, falls under the jurisdiction of the courts at Thiruvarur, Tamil Nadu.

13

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always available on this page with its updated date, and continued use of our website or services means you accept the changes.
